Some of us were taught to keep our feelings to ourselves and if we were recited by someone especially a guy - that makes us feel a level of shame or heartache.  Our brain is there to keep us safe and move us away from pain to pleasure so if you feel you haven't had a great experience in sharing your voice, needs then why would that be any different today. 

 

But ere is thing, what you want and how you feel matters and matters to the right guy. 

But first you need to work on you to be aligned match for Lasting Love. This is where you have the power to transform these beliefs and manifest your greatest love. 

 

A great first step for overcoming the fear of vulnerability and trust include practicing openness in small steps and prioritizing self-love.
 

Cultivating a compassionate relationship with yourself will empower you to embrace vulnerability authentically. Trust the process, be patient with yourself, and watch as your connections deepen, creating a foundation for lasting and meaningful love.

Creating self-love is a journey it is a choice every single day and it is a mindset shift within your subconscious mind. 

How we love ourselves is what we are allowing back in our life.

Is there common themes of who you are attracted to, and if you always display these fears with every guy or just some guys. What was the relationship like with your parents or caregivers, was there a trust created early on and did you express emotions easily with each other or were you closed off?

 

2. **Self Love** Building your own self love and confidence will allow you to break free from trust issues and allow you to confidently share how you feel.  When self trust is formed first and you create this from within any guy or relationship will be able to feel this.

 

3. **Subconscious Beliefs Rewire:** By understanding your past and changing the beliefs.  


Self Love Exercise:

For the next 30 days, I want you to write on your bathroom mirror "I AM Enough" and I want you to say it everyday as many times as you see the note and remember to say it.  Just this simple step can have profound change within your subconscious mind.
