Lasting Love Group Program Coaching Agreement

Program Details: I, Jaclyn Beard, offer the Lasting Love Program, a group coaching experience of personal development for single women ready to manifest love. 

Inclusions 

•  8 Course modules with over 30 lessons
• On-Demand RTT® Session: Be Chosen, Be Loved - (Rapid Transformational Therapy Session  + hypnotic recording + Tracker)
•  Access to our private Facebook Support Group 
•  Worksheets
•  Videos 
•  Hypnotic Meditations
•  Monthly Live Coaching Calls 
• 6 months access to the program
• Paid in full bonus: 1 x 1hour coaching call with Jaclyn to be used in the first 3 months of subscribing. 

Payment Terms:

•  1 x payment of $1,997 AUD upon subscribing or
• 6 x monthly payments of $349 AUD upon subscribing

Payments & Late Fees

All payments are to be made on or before the agreed dates.
When you join this work, you’re committing to your transformation and to honouring the energetic exchange that makes it possible.

If a payment is more than 7 days late, a 10% late fee will automatically apply to the overdue balance.
If a payment remains outstanding beyond 30 days, the account may be referred to a professional collection service, and any recovery costs will be added to the total amount due.

Access to sessions or program materials may be paused until payments are brought up to date.

This is simply about energetic integrity, you show up fully, and I do the same.

Cancellation Policy: Once you have committed to the program, no refunds or cancellations are permissible.  

Liability: As your coach, I, Jaclyn Beard, am dedicated to providing effective guidance and support throughout your Lasting Love journey. However, please note that individual results may vary and are influenced by your personal commitment and actions.

I am not a licensed therapist or medical professional. I am a certified Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner and training facilitator. The Lasting Love program is not intended to replace professional medical advice. If you require such assistance, please seek it from a qualified professional. Our coaching sessions are not meant to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental or physical health conditions. A waiver will need to be signed before the Rapid Transformational Therapy Session is booked in with Jaclyn.

  If you fully commit to the process—attending calls, approaching your RTT session with an open mind, completing exercises, and listening to your RTT recording—and don’t feel a profound shift in your confidence, self-worth, or how men treat you within 6 months, I’ll keep working with you until you do. You deserve to feel worthy, loved, and pursued, and I’m committed to helping you get there.

RTT Hypnosis  - Waiver Form 

Liability 

I, (The Client) _____________________________, hereby release Jaclyn Beard (The RTT Hypnosis practitioner) from any liability or claims that could be made against her concerning my mental and/or physical well-being during the work that has been outlined and agreed upon (now and in the future) by filling out this form. 

Scope of Practice

I understand that Jaclyn Beard is not a licensed physician, psychologist, or medical practitioner of any kind and that hypnosis should not be considered a replacement for the advice and / or services of a psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist, or doctor. 

Participation 

I give Jaclyn Beard full permission to hypnotise me and to use Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT Hypnosis), knowing that participating fully in the process and listening to my personalised recording for 21 days is my responsibility, as I play an important role in my overall success. 

Guarantee

I understand that although Rapid Transformational Therapy Hypnosis has an incredibly high success rate, Jaclyn Beard cannot and does not guarantee results since my own personal success depends on many factors that Jaclyn Beard cannot control over, including my willingness and desire to affect the changes inside of myself. 

Audio Recording(s) 

I understand that any audio recording made for me, the client, remains full copyright of Jaclyn Beard at any time.

Confidentiality 

By signing this form, I understand that Jaclyn Beard will keep any information you share strictly confidential, unless it has been determined that a child or elder is at risk of or is currently being abused; if I, as a client, am in imminent danger to myself or others, Jaclyn Beard may release information to a specific agency or if a subpoena of records has been requested. 

Cancellation 

I accept that all 1:1 appointments where there is a no show of the client that a separate session will not be provided. All appointments where the client can no longer attend, a 48 hour notice period will need to be provided. Special Circumstances will be considered.  

I also understand that my investment in this Lasting Love Inner Circle Program is non-refundable.
