MY STORY

I had a 15 year cycle of unfulfilling relationships; men showing up hot & cold, non committal, emotionally unavailable and seemed like I was "unlucky' in love. I knew I was kind, I knew I desperately wanted a loving relationship but the harder I tried the more desperate it became. Breaking point was leaving a narcissistic relationship with my self worth broken down and feeling ashamed, hurt and abused. I vowed in that moment that things had to change.
I heard a strong whisper "I had to love myself first". The healing journey began to understand why I was attracting less than ideal dating and relationship patterns. I had to heal my past, my childhood experiences that made me feel unsafe on my own, and not enough or worthy of the love I craved. I did this through the power of Rapid Transformational Therapy®️ and it is the modality I use with my clients today. Its powerful, rapid and long lasting and gets to the root cause beliefs holding you back.Â
This self discovery journey empowered me to let go of the past and rewrite my love story. Once I stepped into the empowered version of myself who loved herself, and knew she was enough I could manifest love with high calibre men as they are just reflecting how I saw myself.
