2. **Self Love** Building your own self love and confidence will allow you to break free from trust issues and allow you to confidently share how you feel.  When self trust is formed first and you create this from within any guy or relationship will be able to feel this.

 

3. **Subconscious Beliefs rewire:** Update your subconscious beliefs to knowing you are Enough can have a profound change, changing your assumptions about who you are will create more loving relationship as everyone is your mirror refacing back to you what you believe about you and love. 

Self Love Exercise:

For the next 30 days, I want you to carve out at least 20mins per day just for YOU. Prioritising self care needs to become a daily ritual for you, find what it is that makes you happy, calm and recharged.  More self care leads to less stress too - a bonus in our fast paced lives. 

Also, write in a journal with a nice cup of tea, exercise, bath, whatever feels right for you.  I also want you to write down 3 things that you love about yourself, it can be physical or your personality (kind to others, reliable) Looking for the good in you and also carving out time for self care is a great start to self love.  Just this simple step can have profound change within your subconscious mind.
